Hosting
Hosting terms are subject to the terms mentioned in the contract between Ghiam Technologies and the application/web owner.
Hosting plans are under automatic renewal and may only be cancelled with written notice no later than 20 business days (1 month) prior to the end of Term renewal date.
Ghiam refrains from recompiling, disassembling, decoding, or reverse engineering of any Company program, code or technology belonging to Web Application Owner.
The hosting is provided through Digital Ocean droplets services and is subject to their limitations and criteria.
Ghiam is not responsable for any security threats or attacks concerning the customer's hosting or files, unless otherwise aggreed upon.
Payments
Contract Payments are non-refundable.
